Dear Patients,
We want to keep you informed and safe. Our team reviews every test result carefully.
Our Process
If your test results are normal and no further action is required, we will not contact you.
If your results are abnormal or follow-up is required, our nurse or doctor will contact you by phone, text, or patient-portal message. You are always welcome to call us on (09) 336 0109, if you wish to confirm your results or have any questions.
Your Rights
Under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, you are entitled to know the results of any tests performed for you.
Reminder
If you have not heard from us within 10 days of your test, please contact the practice to confirm your results.
